I was just talking about using realistic vehicles and giving them complex transformations like Alternators. Actually several movie toys, even at the deluxe price point, are far more complex than most Alternators. Whether you like or not the aesthetics is irrelevant here.
I love my Alternators the way they are though.
I wouldnt say their actual transformations are more complex, although you could argue they are a lot easier to break than alts.
