Nah dude, they have 55 millions customers, 1000 is a very small percentage. These were most likely people who called an absurd amount of times to bitch and moan about ridiculous things and makebelieve problems. There probably wasn't even anything Sprint could have done to help people like that. Personally I think it's awesome, the days of "the customer is always right" are going out the window and I think they should. The customer isn't always right, assholes who take advantage of companies hospitality and treat their employees like garbage should be punished.

I even avoided an early termination fee because I basically called them idiots up one side and down the other for sending payment through two days earlier than they were suppose to. Believe me, Sprint is run by monkeys with keyboards. EVERYONE I know whose had Sprint dropped them because of bad customer service.
