how to transfer energon?

where exactly do I find that little box that says transfer this much energon to this person? probably obvious, but I'm confused. help?

I believe that if you go and view your team, there will be a box that has a pulldown list of all the HMW players.
You pick a name, how much Energon you want to give and then send.
