Wow  That is Random! I understand what u are trying to say, but damn-u have communication issues.

Perhaps what u ment to say was.....

"I noticed something rather amusing about the Teen Titans Television show-during their scuffle with the villian Cinderblock-beast boy micaculosly transmutes himself into the veriance of a garden variety crow, whence he then begins circling over head. Admits all this superpowered carnage i chuckle to imagine what he hopes to achieve...depositing waste upon the villians head from on high perchance? i laugh!"

Or somethin like that?

Postby Mighty Scorponok » Sun Apr 22, 2007 9:59 pm

Yeah something like that............I put it in wrong words. Teen Titans was on, and I realized that Beast Boy changed himself into a crow, when Cinderblock attacked. So the thought has occured to me what is he gonna do? drop bird droppings onto Cinderblocks eyes to blind him?.

Beast Boy would be so much better if he wasn't so freaking goofy.

That just really makes me not like him.

Well, it was probably one of those "oh crap, about to get pounded, need to get away quick" situations, and first form that pops into his head is crow. So, he turns into a crow and gets out of the way.

The one thing about Beast Boy that I don't like is, he turned into a raptor and charged some guy, next scene he was a completely different animal. If you could change into any animal, wouldn't you be using dinosaurs a lot more often than a ram, or a rhino?

That's the reason why "The beast within" was my favorite BB centered episode.

Since Adonis, that has nothing in common with Beasts at all changed into same beast as Beast Boy anyway, it didnt make much sense to me. I liked it, when everyone thought it was Beast Boy who attacked Raven.Still Beast Boy in the end turned out goofy.

One of the reasons I enjoyed the Terra storylines so much. Seeing Beast Boy get vicious when he was attacking Deathstroke was awesome.

I gottasay i like bb, sure he is comic relief but he is quirk, and he has a pretty awesum power-it would be very easy for the writers to god mod with him solving pretty much all the tt's problems (accually thAs a problem with most of the tt) and i feel that his goofyness off sets that somewhat. yep

As much as I love Robin in TT, he seems to be a bit too good at times. Always finishing off the bad guy and always pulling out the smoothest moves. He doesn't have any special powers. They should tone him down a tad.

If he was toned down he wouldnt be much of a superhero, exceptional skill and quick wits are what allow himself and batman to stand next to the likes of superman.

plus i reckon that when the bad guy can snap ur spine like a piece of dry pasta u would get really go at being quick and getting out of the way pronto!

Well Robin is the leader and the leader is usually the strongest of the team.

What always pissed me off about TT was that Robin was always Robin, you never got to see Dick just being Dick for a few minutes. I can understand the others not having secret identities because they are a bunch of freaks but not Dicky boy, I mean it would of made a few interesting stories.

That all woulda just muddies up the plot line, it was clearly a kids show anywho....although i did enjoy the episode with Nightwing in it, that rocked!

Just because it is a kid's show doesn't mean the characters all have to be so impersonal, I mean they all have real names. I mean Deathstroke gets to be called by his name, why not everyone else.

(And yes I know why they really had to call him Slade.)

I think the reason that they never went into any back story with Robin is because the show is not part of any of the current DC show continuities(sp?). It was not made to be part of the Bruce Timm continuity, B:TAS, so as of right now it is kind of a stand alone show.

I understand that but is the idea of real names and superhero names too much for kids these days?

Because it wasn't in every other goddamn superhero cartoon.

Well that raises an issue there....

Postby Mighty Scorponok » Wed Apr 25, 2007 6:43 am

Robin's personality is to remain secret in the show, so he can remain Robin. If every villain knew for sure whats his name, they would go after his family and relatives. Robin doesnt have a family, cause one of the criminals already took them out. So whats the reason to remin annonymous?.LOL.
Well yeah, that show has alot of flaws in it. Even for that beeing a kids show.

And whats up with Plasmus?

Postby Mighty Scorponok » Wed Apr 25, 2007 6:45 am

We all know he is a copy of Character from previous Batman, and I do think they finnally need to show Slade's personality litttle more, perhaps reveal who he is. Maybe some of his origins?.

They are supposed to make another direct to DVD about Slade's background and apparently, Jericho will be in it.
