The numbers on the door look really funky. Other then that, he looks like Jazz from the Joe/TF II series.

I like it. But i think he still looks kinda bland/White. Maybe some other paint aps. I dunno looks like something is missing.

I think it's his shoulders! It needs a hint of color on the shoulders. Not alot, just enough to pull the detail forward. (Just a suggestion not a critisizm)

So i think i'll have a good look at it.
