What are some of the new features that are in or rumored to be in v2? Also back when I started playing HMW (2005) before I left for an extended period there was talk of wanting to be able to have you bots form gestalts, is this still on hte table cuz this question has been knawing at me for a day or 2.

Well from what i've heard ... there's going to be an underlying storyline to it all.

The main goal isn't for one faction to control all of Cybertron, it's actually to stop Mini-Maximus Prime from unleashing a wave of Juicy Lou porn upon the unsuspecting populace.
I'm also not going to be held responsible for anyone stupid enough to look up Juicy Lou.

In addition anyone caught playing exclusively in the arena will be denied their weekly share of Erica Campbell pics.

... yeah, it's Friday afternoon and i'm bored at work.

If its a choice of HMW v2 AND Chinese Democracy or neither, I'd go for neither everytime....

Has anyone heard if there will be more customizable options on v2? I'm thinking especially of bios with pictures, alt modes, or even robot mode avatars instead of the alt modes...

On the Chinese Democracy part, you guys do realize that there are Chinese people reading this, right? But this one doesn't really care.

I lived in mainland China for several years, and I feel confident when I say that Democracy is not on the horizon there nor realy wanted in China.

I think you've misunderstood RiD, the Chinese Democracy is an album Guns N Roses are suposed to be making for ever, which (thankfuly) never seems to actully come out.

But seriously, when is V2 going to happen? I'm not going to be that excited if we lose all our xp. Eventhough I shouldn't worry when there are a lot of players who have waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more xp than myself.

Now with exclusive toungue-in-cheek 'name dropping' action...

There is no date for V2. It will happen when it happens, but it wont be without warning. [Glyph]

There will be a story running up until the end of V1.x [Mkall] when we will, effectively beginning a brand new game [Glyph]. Im sure Alpha Strike said somehting important at somepoint too, but if he ever has i cant remember it.

As for Gestalts/Multi-changers/Headmasters/etc...
They have been argued to death in the past with no resolution.[Everybody!] Tammuz has a pretty good theory about them; as do a few others, but everyone else runs for the hills as soon as the question is asked as no one wants to go over it all again.[Burn]

Maybe one of the Support Staff can do their job soon and fill everyone in on what additions or updates, if any, are actually planned for V2 as they like telling us they can see the 'support forum' so much.[Burn]
