Fragfest part duex

Testing the waters here. Who is ready for another shot at the fragfest? Same rules, but one level group at a time. Perhaps a time limit as well.

Considering the original fragfest thread(s) has gone the way of steve's vocabulary, plus the fact we've had an influx of new members, you might wanna restate those rules and how it all works. ;;)

Well... Considering that some of us don't know if we'd want to be involved or not since we don't know the rules, it might be a good idea to post them.

It is a contest. Where you place one mech up as a particapant. Your objective is to Statis lock all oppossing particapants before particapants from your own faction.
