No, it doesn't exist, and it doesn't need to. The Autobot Matrix of Leadership (Depending on whom you ask) is a symbol of Leadership which is created to destroy Unicron, or a tool for creating life. The Decepticon leader doesn't need a symbol of leadership, since it's a case of the most powerful leader rules all, and might makes right. The Autobots have it because they respect whomever has it as their leader. It's kinda of like a Presidential badge, really.

If it existed, it would be (Obviously) with the leader, or with a council of elders. The only reason Magnus lost the Matrix is because he's an idiot, and couldn't lead a marching band, let alone a team of Autobots. (Good second-in-command, though.)

In the botcon story point omega unicrons essence was give to a predacon named shorackt in the form of the decepticon matrix of conquest. He gathered a pred army and conquered the know universe, but was defeated by transformers from across time from all factions as well as the 13 zodiac tfs and the part where sho gets the matrix is erased, so in essence the timeline never "existed", but few tfs from the battle remembered it later on in the botcon wreckers comic

In my humble opinion, if the Decepticon Matrix of Conquest ever existed in the G1 canon, I believe it would greatly weaken the uniqueness of the Autobot Matrix of Leadership. Although I did love how the Quentissons lied to Galvatron about its exsistence in "Five Faces Of Darkness".

It may not exist in the TF universe, but there is a Toy made of Dicast that was realised in Japan in the late 80's.

Yeah, in 80's there was a purple matrix in the toy line, Itw as galvatron who had it.I think it was spointless though..........And in the story line,w asnt it Megatron who realized he had it?. Like late in the storyline.
