Basically what is the best football team you can make out Transformers. Basically you have.

Team Cybertron (everybody)
Team Autobots (any Autobots, Autobots only)
Team Decepticons (ditto)

One more thing, the offense must be a legal American Football offense (examples Pro Style, Shotgun, Wishbone, etc).

I was thinking of this very same idea recently. Didn't really think it through, though...



And I doubt the plays make a difference, as long as all the positions are correct. (Such as WR, LB, QB, RB, etc.)

Transformers wise, theres so many characters you could put in, so I'll just name a few.

You put Blurr on KR and PR and "Don't Kick To Blurr" will be a Cybertronian slogan.
Put Lockdown on CB, his name says it all.
Demolishor on DE.

Don't buy your supplements from Swindle! You'll be banned from the league for substance abuse!

I'm bringing this thread back to life... Not sure how I missed it the first time around. This is awesome! I've been thinking about how cool this would be as a video game- combine Madden NFL and Transformers: Earth Wars!

Okay this is strictly G1 characters from American Cartoon and Comic Series- 80's up until now(hence, Impactor). No Gestalts, no City-Formers, no Cassettes, no Micro, Action, or Powermasters. Headmasters and Targetmasters allowed. List Format: Starter/Backup(Emergency). Multiple Players could/should play both ways and/or special teams...
