Halo 2 Help

Well I just got halo 2 yesturday and im on the stage where you have to find the heritage leader I just got to the cutscene after hes hologram popped up. im confuzed scared and stoned. Help me ?

You have to make your way to the top of the building. There should be ramps leading upwards.
