5. The Thermo Rocket Launcher (including Jet Missile Launcher), beacuse it`s so fun in an Aerial Assault.

4. The Neutron Assault Rifle, not beacuse it`s that powerful, but beacuse it`s so neutral, and fits on ANY robot.

3. The Null Ray, beacuse it`s fun sniping, and also works decent on close-combat.

If your talking about across the board on all classes then its hard to choose. They all have their own special qualities for different situations.
But I think my choices would be....

1.Fusion Cannon
2.Ion Blaster
3.X12 Scrapmaker
4.Energon Repair Ray
5.Frag Luancher

All these weapons are generally good on either damage, accuracy or rate of fire.
