Back when the Classics line was first announced, I remember hearing that Prime would be released twice - initially without a trailer, then again with one. Is the trailer release still going to happen, or is it nonexistent meaning I should just buy Classics Prime now?

I never heard about a trailer so you should just buy him as is.

I believe the trailer release was ditched before the official announcement of Classics.

they said there was a voyager size and a delux sized, and said voyager had a trailor.

delux sized got stuck in the 2 pack, as for primes trailor, hes got those bar plugs on the tops of his legs, so he was made to have something attach to him.

to be honest, i dont care if he had a trailor or not, but i wish he had come with something, because his box is so big and empty.

magnus however, he needs his armor trailor

I don't see a place for a trailer to attach to classics Prime anywhere. I agree, Magnus would be worth keeping if he had his trailer/armor, assuming if I ever buy the Magnus/Skywarp box, though suppose I should, only have classics Prime and Megatron, the non 2 pack that is.

I think it was originally intended to have a trailer but at some point it was cut due to costs and they packaged him as a Voyager anyway. As nice as the Optimus mould is, sans trailer it just shouldn't really qualify as 'Voyager class' and I think the MSRP of the Magnus/Skywarp pack confirms it.

If they do ever release a classics magnus trailer i'm definitely getting it, or a prime trailer, but as for an Ultra Magnus I'm good for now, got a Takara Car Robots God Magnus on the way and it should be here later on today.

It got canceled, unfortunately, but I would buy one by itself, giving me a reason to... buy Prime.

I took a look at my classics Prime, and at the cube/"hitch point", there are two round "bubbles" on each side for something to clip on(ex:Energon Prime's cockpit for OP3).
