hiya, well i recently got sunstreaker in the fishbowl box. i was wondering if theres anyway to open the box without damaging or ripping the plastic coverings. are these boxes reusable?

What I do is use a cutter or a very sharp knife and gently cut underneath the plastic but above the cardboard. cut three sides of the plastic off the cardboard, leaving one side still connected so as to act like an hinge. This will result in the plastic being intact though you will see a little surface damage on the cardboard (if you're very careful, the surface damage will be minimal, almost undetectable).

Unfortunately, the fish bowl boxes do suck, but it was Hasbro's way of cutting costs on a very expensive series.

You can use the boxes again, I suppose, if you're careful enough taking the figure out. But I wouldn't suggest stacking them opened with the figures back inside; it'll make a mess when it falls.

You'll pretty much have to live with the damage if you should ever buy and open then Prime as his bubble is altogether different.

Exactly. This is the best way that I have found as well.
