k-mart= MOVIE TOYS!?!?!?

Postby Bumblebee-otch » Sun Sep 09, 2007 7:24 pm

i was on my TF-toy rounds tonight in a desperate search for ANYTHING. i hit up target and 2 wal-marts to no avail. i was coming up to k-mart and i sez to myself: "what the heck" and decided to try my luck. i made a beeline to what i thought were the only toys, the usual voice changers and big-rig blasters. i walked around and decided to look at the spiderman toys, when lo and behold, i saw a payload and a dreadwing on the pegs! i did a jig and began to rummage through the pegs, and found repaint barricade, battle jazz, longarm, and dropkick. so i bought longarm and a soundwave/bumblebee robot heroes(!) check out your k-marts!

The local K-Mart's proven to be a better place to find TFs than TRU and Wal-Mart. Swung by there yesterday and saw they'd restocked the movie toys both Voyagers and Deluxes, as well as the 3" movie Titaniums. Even better for me, they had Titanium Fallen and Cheetor in stock. Plus, they had a couple of the 25th Anniversary GI Joe 5 packs as well. Pretty cool.

Yep. The two Titaniums I picked up were $18, but considering how much I probably would have paid for them in shipping from somewhere else, it was worth it. I believe the deluxes were $12, though, a bit pricey.

yeah, but all the TFs were on sale 10% off, so it came out normally.

One Kmart in my area for the majority of the time has had the least amount of movie deluxes, voyagers, and leaders. Ironically, they now have the most of these lines recently since no other stores have restocked.

The nearest K-Mart around here is ten minutes away. I checked the place a couple weeks ago, and they don't even have a TF section.

TOys at my K-mart is a joke. Did see a couple of the basic deluxes but the rest were those walkie talkies, unleashed BB and some other non-selling toys.

We pay $27, and our dollar is US$0.85.

Brits beat both of us though...

They were loaded actually.

K-Mart = Total crap around here. I haven't seen a single Transformer in our K-Mart in 4 months. In fact finding anything in K-Mart is a pain in the ass, the place is such a mess.

I stopped at my local Kfart the other day and there was absolutely NOTHING in the TF section. Carts were everywhere, too.

Usually there's so much crap in this section, stuff is all over the floor ... disorganized, etc.

I guess they had a nation wide reset or something. I should stop in today and check 'em out.

Maybe they'll have some classics or something?

Here as well.
Kmart got the proto figs quickly but since then they have crap..
Not a sheeple.
Think for yourself, don't let the magic TV box and social media do the thinking for you.
Question EVERYTHING!!
Just because you have a youtube review channel doesn't make you special.
I look forward to attending a Botcon soon only to settle matters with several idiots in person (yes this is a threat).
