Yes he does, and with a diagram of where to put them. The missiles/fists, however, do not fire.
I find it funny how the American reissue of Skywars has firing missiles...and Hoist doesn't.

I believe he was one of the better re-issues. Now if they only got around to Trailbreaker...

You should look into the "pile of loot" feature at BBTS. This way you can buy stuff one at a time but still save on shipping. You do need to use a credit card though.
