To anyone who has ordered from BBTS.. do you need Paypal? And how is the service there?

How is Japanese Armada Wheeljack(Rampage) to anyone who has it?

I have it. It will not dissapoint. I got mine for $20 on ebay...that $54 price tag at BBTS is about fair, for I have seen the set with the clear dark sabre go for $60 or more. yeah they except paypal, but I use my CC on there instead. BBTS does have some of the best customer service around. I think exceptional when it comes to that. I got a messed up TF 2000 Mach Alert, that was actually RID Prowl with a missing door. They let me keep him, and I got full credit toward him as well. I order from them alot. Here's some pics:

You can use PayPal, ut putting a debit/credit card on file is a great time saver.

As far as service goes, they will honor all preorders, and things of that nature and grade their items acuratly.

Sometimes on new items you get ripped! And their shipping cost vs delivery time seems slow to me and is expensive, but you can make up for that in checking there sale and clearance sections.

In the long run though, it's a site you can trust, even when I don't buy, I still cross refrence them often.

BBTS is straight Credit Card, no pay pal.

I've had good experiences with them. Considering I have items shipped outside the US.

Sometimes Shipping costs are a bit hight. And others they work out o.k.
Its strange.

Service is great, and since I haven't had any problems with shipments I'm happy to say I haven't had any need to contact them after my purchases.

And their figure ratings are pretty accurate. I bought an Energon Cruellock and it said the figure was loose and C-8. I though it was going to be a bit banged up but since all I wanted was his sword I didn't really mind. But the figure turned up fine close to new, in a bag with its instructions and all accessories, (sword and gun).

As for Wheeljack:
You mean the Autobot traitor with the slashed logo on the hood? I don't own him so can't say much about him.

Well, let me tell you, somehow he's both overrated and beyond fantastic all at the same time!?!

The detail in the scuplt way excedes the slashed hood, but the articulation in pretty plain.
