Mighty Bull is an promotional exclusive that is available at Bic Camera, Joshin, Yodobashi Camera & Edion Group franchises in Japan. However, to get it you must purchase a minimum of 2,000 yen to be awarded this exclusive. This ROTF micron promotion has begun as of August 1st.
Autobot micron Mighty Bull happens to be a repaint of the Classics Decepticon Minicon Sledge, a member of the Classics Demolition Team along with Broadside and Wideload. Sledge was also repainted and became a part of the most recent micron booster set sold in Japan (2006) and renamed Rockblade, and finally Sledge also was repainted as Universe 2.0 Kmart exclusive minicon Backstop.

Man, those shovel hands are hilarious. I bet no one wants their back scratched by this guy.
GPS? Maybe it's painted gold rather than gold plastic?
For some reason it has a G1 quality with the transformation, but even G1 didn't have shovel hands.

I thought the same thing at first (GPS), but if you take a look at the side of his leg there appears to be red plastic showing, like a spot they didn't hit with gold paint. And yeah, he does look very G1 somehow. Almost like a mini car. And man, shovels for hands are always awesome. And a really cool name too. I want this!
