It's a kitbash made from the scolpters from Hasbro, to show there boses that they can make a realistik militarie TF line.

no, they even said on the tour that that entire top shelf was nothing but kitbashes done by the transformers design team to propogate the idea of a realistic looking military line to hasbro.

everything else in the cases were unreleased figures/prototypes.
