Well my favorite Transformer is Autobot Ratchet... I think hes cool, 1. Because hes a hummer, and he is well liked by his team

Starscream was best, no doubt. (Did you see the way he took out those jets?) Not to mention how he shot Megs in the back towards the end of the movie. Add some personal bias and you have every reason to vote him, even if he wasn't in it too long. Ya Dig? :PEACE:

You're not gonna believe me, but... Megatron.

He looks like the Devil himself. A lot of people dislike his design, I initially did, but seeing him onscreen... somehow they managed to make it work. His optics seemed to burn with the very fires of Hell!

And that jet... Kickass! It looked like it was made of liquid mercury or something. How cool is that? I already stated this in another post, but I'll say it again anyway. I'm a sucker for jets.

He actually has a pre-movie backstory (how he got to Earth) that makes sense. We don't know where the heck Optimus Prime and his buddies were hanging out before coming down. But we know for sure exactly how Megatron got where he was.

Plus, the voice just seemed to be perfect. Just the way I imagined... deep and menacing.

His lines were awesome. Man, I can SOOO see G1 Megatron saying that stuff! Seriously.

He was portrayed well, too. Murderous, arrogant and cruel, full of anger and hate, yet coldly calculating at the same time. And the way he seemed to toy with Sam like a cat with a mouse...

Basically, I think they captured his character almost perfectly, if not completely. He may not be the gun we all know so well, but mark my words, he is still Megatron!

For Autobots I really think Bumblebee was one of my favs. I'm glad they pretty much rewrote his character so he wasn't a total wuss like in the original cartoon.

And then I think I liked Starscream the best for the decepticons. Even though he didn't have a ton of screen time, I felt he had some of the best moves.

If I have to settle on just one, it would be Bumblebee. I preferred him as the 'piece of crap camaro' instead of the new one, but great design altogether.

I had a hard time not loving any of them!! As for favs, Blackout was awesome, he probably killed the most people!! Although, I'm sure there were horrific fatalities when Prime and Megs went through that building!

As for ABs, Ratchet was damn awesome, I'm glad he wasn't a white van with a red cross on his arms. The feramones comment was amusing.

Night Raid, was on the nail with the coolness of Megatron, he's a close second, if not tied first, with my fav Decepticons.

for the Deceptions my favorite is a tie. A toss up between Starscream and Megatron. Though Megatron had a good role, and Starscream was getting yelled at.

For Autobots it's Jazz. Little B----

I liked Barricade. I thought they did an awesome job on him and he was intimidating.

Megatron was REALLY well done too. The jet was an awesome idea. A bit more believable than him turning into a pistol.

Best re-designed characters: Bumblebee and Megatron

Best designed Decepticon: Blackout, Barricade

Best designed autobot: Ironhide

Best designed Autobot with too little screen time: Ratchet and Jazz

Most badass Decepticons: Megatron, Starsceam, Devastator

Cool character with lamest death: Blackout

Best character overall: Optimus Prime

While I'm a Prime fan... Bumblebee is the best Transformer in the movie!

Even without speaking, he conveyed a lot of emotion through movement. I love every scene with him, Sam, and Mikaela. Plus he's pretty much ET/R2D2 with guns in this movie.

Bumblebee Rocks.

you'll think i'm crazy... but... i really liked Bonecrusher. his design had so much potential, the toy is great, and however short lived his scene was, it was still a great action scene. the only reason i'm not totally pissed about him dying so fastis the fact that Prime took him out in the most hardcore way EVER.

I agree that Megs was very intimidating and was done exceptionally well. Autobots.. Ironhide.

There were just a handful of them in this movie and some didn't get NEAR the screen time they deserved. :-(

I keep flip flopping the subject every time I see the movie.

At the moment my favorite is:

1. Barricade - Just an evil dark Mutha >> shut yo mouth!!

His design is 100% spot on Decepticon. Everything works about his character.

For the purposes of the film I would definitely have to say Barricade. He was the most deceiving Decepticon by far. I mean What more surprising than a cop car turning not only into a robot but one that wants to kill you.

I loved all of these male robots with male deep voices..Oh! just made me crazy ;;)

Decepticons : Most of my favorite go to:
1)Megatron - Hungry leader,Insane,Evil,Badass with nice jet transforming and his arm cannon.

2)Starcream - For his Cool jet transforming and fight.

3)Blackout and Barricade (attached Frenzy) - equally as the Coolest cons warriors with stunning transform. the loyalty to Megatron.

Autobots : Most of my favorite go to:
1) Prime - Everything that Robot Gentleman should be and his fighting.
2) Ironhide - as a cool soldier, goth and straight say. His twist shooting he made with his arm cannon is soo hot,kickass and look damm Sexy.

3) Bumblebee - as a honest friendly robots.

for me, it's a tie between ironhide and bsrricade, evil cop, and I liked the whole interrogation of sam bit where he kept pounding the car around sam, and ironhide, he was just a trigger happy bot, wanted to take out the chihuahua, sam's parent's, plus his comments when he got peed on was pretty funny
