How bumblebee didn't get his feet back after touching the allspark?

How come frenzy got his body back?

Maybe Frenzy knew how to utilize it whereas BB didnt?

I'm thinking that size might be the factor here...or the allspark and the robots.

Frenzy is smaller and the all spark was it's natural size, so that meant the effect was faster.

Bumblebee is a bigger robot and the alsparks power was compressed when it was changed to a samller size
