According to Transformers.com website, there will be an In-Theater comic book that will be part of the Robo-Vision setup Target has. This is from the exclusives section for Target:

Robo-Vision codes will be available on Target’s exclusive TRANSFORMERS products available beginning June 2, 2007. Decoders will be available in select products and via a special in-theater comic created by IDW that will be distributed beginning July 4, 2007, at theaters across the country.
