According to IESB.net, who had a chance to talk to Peter Cullen - the voice of Optimus Prime in this summer's Transformers Movie as well as the original voice of the character from the 1980s - the main cast for Transformers has already signed a deal for two more Transformers films. IESB also quotes Cullen as saying that the studio has told him to keep the next year free.
Could this mean that work on a possible sequel could begin even sooner than expected? Perhaps the studio will try to film a possible sequel before director Michael Bay begins work on his 2010 film '2012: The War for Souls'.
Read IESB's report and look at some production photos from the film here.
