Is that whats its called? Ive forgotten. Haven't watched Season 2 in a looong time. But yeah, that thing. Then he like, blinds Hotshot and Jolt and then just gives em a kicking. Says something smart and kicks em some more.

Hot Shot is faster. One Minicon makes him powerful. Another few would make him unbeatable.

Tracks is more skillful and has greater firepower. He can also fly.

I'm betting on Tracks but the Minicons could change things completely. Tracks needs to kill them as soon as possible.
