Just some quick questions about shipping for those of you who have ordered directly from iGear in the past.

1. About how long does it take for your shipment to arrive after you get your shipment notification?

2. They supplied me with a tracking number, but I can't get it to work. Has anyone else got their tracking number to work?

3. Who handles end delivery, USPS?

4. Do they require a signature?

I just got Faith Leader yesterday.

1. I was emailed a shipping notification on the 15th.

2. My tracking number didn't work at first until after about a week when my shipment left singapore. After that it showed up on USPS.

3. It came USPS.

4. No signature was needed.

Thanks, I'm in Oklahoma so my ship time and yours should be the same. I got my ship notification two weeks ago today for my Delicate Warrior.

Faith Leader was supposed to ship at the begining of October, but apparently mail didn't run for like the first week because it was a national holiday. I don't know when it was mailed but It left sinapore on the 19th and I recieved it today.

I tried my tracking number again today and it worked, says it left Singapore on the 21st. Guess I should be getting her shortly.

So Igears is from Singapore? I didn't know.

They ship from Singapore so I would assume so. I got my Arcee yesterday safe and sound. The postman actually tried to delivery it the day before, but no one was home to sign for her. I just placed a preorder with them for the coneheads so I was relieved Arcee made it to me with no problems.

In summary:

1. I takes approximately two weeks for your package to arrive after you receive your ship notification.

2. The tracking number will work, but you have to give it about a week.

3. The USPS makes the final delivery.

4. May or may not require a signature. Probably depends on the postman. Mine required a signature, but others have reported theirs didn't.

Overall I'm happy with my online shopping experience with them.

Okay, that's good to know in advance. I was going to order PP01 Ultra Magnus from Igears but wasn't too sure of their location and secondly I want to see some prototype pics of the trailer. So now, I just hold off.
