I think your only choices are igear themselves, or the cheaper route and go TFSource. Have no idea why BBTS isn't carrying them.

always found it odd as they carry their addons ie cape, trailer, heads :-?

Not sure if BBTS plans to sell these figures, I'm sure they would've put up pre-orders by now. You'll notice that the other MP figures from iGear aren't being stocked by BBTS, either.

You can order these from iGear directly, or TFSource seems to have the cheaper deal of $341.95 - $347.95/set of 3 + shipping. I preordered from iGear directly back in November and seem to be paying more due to shipping costs (I've already received Ramjet, and the other two should be shipping in the next week or two). Win some, lose some - but still looking forward to owning all 3. And the 6 other planned MP seekers hinted at...

I thought I read they're thought to be too close to KOs for BBTS's comfort...

I would agree with you on that statement, but I can't verify that as BBTS' answer. But that's ok, BBTS normally gets the lion's share of my patronage.

I went with TF Source and will make my judgement as to get the other two after I check out Ramjet. I have checked out several reviews and have yet to hear anything really negative about the figure. And for that price its right in the ballpark (lower even) of what I would expect Takara to sell them for.

BBTS didn't carry Igear's smaller MP Convoy called faith leader.

Rumors circulate that when 3rd party companies come extremly close in design to the liscensed TF toy. then BBTS doesn't carry the item.
