I'm going to order the new PP05W figure, but I am undecided as to whether to order it from Igear direct, or BBTS for a little more; any input would be a great help!

I've purchased from them directly three times, and each transaction went smoothly. Shipping will take between a week and three weeks depending on the type of shipping they use. I had no issues with any of the items I purchased from them so I have no idea how they are when in comes to customer service after the sale. I've heard they will supply replacement parts if your figure arrives damaged, but I cannot vouch for this myself. I have no reservations about dealing with them directly.

that sets my mind at ease- I have the kup head set, and I am super-pleased with that, but I bought that through BBTS-

the kup head came relatively fast but my current order for an anime prime head is taking FOREVER! ordered on the 26th of August and I am still waiting for tracking to update to the US.

I did email them and they told me "The delivery may take 15-45 days..." so looks like I will be playing the waiting game :roll:

I've dealt with them a few times and the after sales service is disappointing. Ordered the PP-01 figures and the box of the figure (not the shipping carton) was badly dented even before it was shipped out (the carton was undamaged). This happened twice and when I contacted them, they just ignored me. Twice. From then on, no more high value direct purchases from them for me.

I ordered the faith leader directly from Igear. it was a fairly simple transaction. I used paypal & got my item when it got released.
the item came in perfect collectors condition.

I-gear has a facebook page also.

I've got items including the coneheads from them and they're fine - the only differences I would note are that iGear direct's shipping takes MUCH longer, as well as a possible delay in customs (I'm speaking about shipping into Ireland, other countries may be different) - I've got Storm and Elegy from TFSource much faster (less than a week from the US).

Another element to consider if you are a MISB collector (I'm not, so it doesn't really bother me) is that everything I've got from TFSource has been in PRISTINE condition on arrival, whereas iGear's packaging has got knocked and bumped around somewhat on arrival. Hope this helps!
