Personally, I have a set of Tamashii stages. I have an Act 4 (Humanoid), which I primarily use for SH Figuarts, but they can definitely accomodate smaller and/or lighter TFs. You can also get various other "Act"s, designed to suit different types of figures. I find Tamashii stages to be great because of how many options you get- there are different styles of clips and posts for holding the figure, and the (act 4) stands themselves are made of two hinged posts for better adjustability. (I think some of the other acts go for a single solid post so as to have better support for heavier and larger figures.) You also get the great opton of being able to plug two stands into the same base, for figures that need more support for their limbs or weapons, or for having two figures interacting.
Wow, that turned out kinda like a sales pitch  but i seriously would recommend looking into them
