Warhamer orcs and goblin army does not have any female characters (save blood bowl). This is because they are technically an animated, blood thirsty fungus.
I have been told by purists that female characters are silly, but that is the point. I love the female orc characters because they can look SO hideous. It is similar to the Female Decepticon Debate I have been unfortunate enough to experience.
I have one other female character in my army, which is surprisingly low for what I had in mind. Female Leaders that Suffer PMS...(Potent Mushroom Syndrom)
my sculpting skills really suck with greenstuff (the blue and yellow epoxy putty that gets kneaded into green. I also have white stuff, which is blue and white that gets turned into white. Blend the two for different properties.
What I am doing is showing the original figure and how I am adding to it or removing from it. There will be changes and this sort of project can take quite a long time. Greenstuff takes several hours to cure to a firm that does not mush. So patience is a virtue too.
I chose a model that did not already have excessive amounts of things sculpted onto the chest area. Quite often there are toothy necklaces or skulls and the like already there. Truthfully I could work around this but as I cannot find my slagging sprew cutters(I may have to get a new pair) I cannot trim these off.
But the figure I found is a good choice. It already has a hair thing on the top of the head. I like that. And severed head earrings. The figure also has a nose ring. The figure also has a large amount of bulky bracelets. Very fashionable for modern standards. There are quite a few people who look like this to begin with and it will be only a matter of time before they start to sharpen their teeth.

Now to start to feminise this Orc.
The next step is simple. I add mammeries to the right spots, just under the hulking Orc head. As this is a witch-shaman I wanted them to be more saggy. I made, as usual, too much putty so I added some extra fur to the waist and a fur ankle thing. Zulu people do this so why can't my savage Orc?
I also added a pouch to the orc's hip because shamans should carry pouches with magical talismans, amulets, ingrediants...dead things.
Again, as I have said...I do not have sprew cutters so I cannot hack the axe heads off. But I may go to Games Workshop sometime soon and borrow theirs. I have a severed head I want to put on the one axe and I may use a ram skull for the other axe. I do have a number of Zombie and Skeleton sprews I can use to add to the figure. I also have a few random skaven parts...(rat men) which I might putty into the figure later.
The putty is setting quite rapidly due to the heat. To preserve the putty I freeze what remains so it can be used later. But with a fair amount of left over putty I filled in the slot on the base and for kicks, stuck a mushroom on it too. I am not sure I Like the mushroom.

To add more details.
The putty has had a chance to cure over night so its pretty solid. I knead up some fresh putty because I need it to be very soft and sticky. I start to make the fur halter top. I have decided that this will not have double straps instead it will be a sort of wrap around that closes in the middle...It looks like hell now, but once the figure is primed again, it will look even and when it is painted, hopefully it will look even better.
As I said, patience is a virtue. There is much building up of layers that has to go on and enough time to bass between each later to allow the previous later to set. Now the sex change is really starting to notice. The figure I can call female and call her a she. But there is still much work to be done. I want to add more to her top such as a cape like bit and maybe fill her boobs out a bit more. They seem a little lost.
The closure of the halter top is a pouch. I removed the mushroom as I felt it looked silly and I decided I might have a tree stump on the base instead. Also added to the figure is armpit hair. Oh yes, that's a female witch orc for you. Hideous, and hairy...I gotta love her.
Sunstar is a very unconventional person. As pretty as some of the warrior women and mage pristess figures are, they just lack Umph. Okay maybe to guys the scantily clad female figures are very nice, but realistically speaking...If they do any amount of fighting their tops will pop out...trust me. This female orc will have males running from her and happily so. If they don't she'll sit on them and crush them to death.
I am already mentally planning my next layer and I think I will be moving the belly button down lower and adding a belly button ring too. Hopefully in a few more hours I can start work on the cape.
