My Ratchet has just arrived, I'm opening it now.

First impressions of the alt mode and it's a good even white all over, maybe some panels aren't quite aligned properly but that is sorted easily. A couple of minor defects in the plastic surface, typical sort of stuff. Collector coin is nice but not thrilling.

No jet pack with Ratchet, shame as it looks really nice on Ironhide but I suppose we get a set of tools to make up for it.

During first transformation I got quite a bit of white paint flakes chip off, easily seen on my black trousers.

No issues, no floppy joints.

He looks good.

For some reason the figure looks a lot better than Ironhide to me. Only thing, those windows as pointed out in the vid let you see too clearly into the "guts".

I don't think it even needs the red +'s on the shoulders, it looks fine as is.

I'd still like to see it done in Marvel colors.

Is there anyone here who disassembled their Ratchet's shoulders to check if the R in the shoulder is in R and the L is in the L?

Mine just shipped so I'll be getting him in two weeks.

Lost Cybertronian reported that Ratchet doesnt hold together as well in alt mode compared to Ironhide and that he thought of dissasembling the shoulders and switching them so they look like Ironhide more. Maybe he will tell us when he disassembles them.

Kind of, yes. it is the sled that came with Energon Towline. The mold used for the Ratchet exclusive. Would be better if I had the exclusive, because it's white of course. Just working with what I have.

Technically, yes, but for my own little imaginary pretend fantasy crossover world, sometimes Microman can be human size.

This is kudos to how Floro Dery gave two nearly identical retools and gave 'em personalities. Of course, the TT engineers should not be forgotten for giving 2D illustrations the #D treatment
