B.O.T. may be a bad episode but I liked it as it focused on one of my favorite characters (Swindle) and showed a bit of conflict/dislike between swindle and brawn. (it annoys me when people say "the combaticons would never have infighting as they are a military until" when this episode showed some small sniping and insults between swindle and brawl before brawl became the science project.)

He utilised the shrink ray that was used by Perceptor in an earlier episode, but only turned in on for a second or two, while he was off screen.

B.O.T. wasn't a terrible episode; better than some of the other Season 2 episodes. It shouldn't have been the season finale, though. They should have had something like "War Dawn" as the Season 2 finale.

B.O.T. wasn't a terrible episode; better than some of the other Season 2 episodes. It shouldn't have been the season finale, though. They should have had something like "War Dawn" as the Season 2 finale.

Oh it wasn't the worst ep by far. And it does have a good fight at the end.

As for season finales, I usually have Aireal Assault as it is out of place on disk 2 of the boxset, being the only one with the combaticons on the disk (my, that confused me the first time through).

I always felt Masquerade was a nice finale for some reason.

Have to agree with this. Personaly I am a swindle fan myself so I enjoyed The Bot Episode.

Cosmic Rust was a necessary episode, given that it explains why Optimus goes black in the movie, imo.
