I always thought it was funny when you see that whole, "I'll make it an order if I have to" statement on TV and such. I mean, if that statement has to be made, THEN IT IS AN ORDER! Don't BS about it. As far as the "I'll make it an order if I have to" comment, I see Prime respecting Prowl enough to give him the chance to make the right decision, which he did. But I understand where you're coming from.
