Sunstorm is that color because that was the color he was in the DW comics.

Sunstorm WAS in the G1 series. Kind of. He's only shown briefly in the first episode in the beginning helping to fight off Autobots with a flamethrower thing. He was more yellowish though.

I personally want not only a Skywarp repaint but I really really really want a Sunstorm repaint as well! I nearly fell out of my seat when I saw your Sunstorm repaint jezones. I really like Sunstorm.

As for all the Starscream movie repaints; they don't bother me. My husband used to be in a US Navy Squadren that several different planes. To me those guys make a squadren. So the more, the better.

We haven't gotten Thundercracker where I live (Whidbey Island Washington), and any Starscreams go very quickly.

I wish they would release a Skywarp, but that;s because I'm one of those G1 fans that everyone seems to hate because I like something other than the movie. A Skywarp would really only be a move to satisfy Skywarp fans/G1 enthusiasts.

Without wings modification, it won't make sense to call him Thrust.

But if you modify the wings, they it won't be Movie toys anymore. Movie toys takes on realistic alt modes.

A variant of F-22 Raptor that has the downward turbine thrusters, like Thrust, is the F-35. But then, the turbine will have to be in the middle of the fuselage. And the rear jet engine will only be solo.

So he will have to take on a totally different mould. If Hasbro can do this, hell, i'm going to buy Movie Thrust!

If they released Movie Skywarp Id buy it, though i need to find the Movie Starscream G1 repaint he's the only one i don't have right now of ALL the Decepticons that have been realeased, I only have 2 Autobots.
