Here's some images of my first repaint, Alternators Starscream. The paint job was pretty poor so I put him to one side for a while, but now my ever growing collection of Alts is getting Autobot-heavy. I wanted to keep the repaint basic but now I think he needs some detail... Can anyone help with some finishing touches - mainly some nice racing stripes that show up on the doors to look like his wings should.

While I was at it i still had the streak body, now headless thanks to starcream, and a new classic Megs that is about to be repainted, so with a little persuation I managed to remove straeks neck, carve the hole a little bigger and pop megs head right in. The colour scheme on Streaks body seemed just too easy to turn into a G1 toon/toy Megs colour scheme. He too could use a few details (yes, besides a logo change) to make him a little more Megatron. Any ideas?

Iy may only be temporary but at least the numbers are starting to even up.

Oh and before I paint his head can anyone tell me how to make the green clear plastic red. Thanks folks!

nice and i cant place megs Gun it Looks like a Cybertron Gun but not Sure on the Figure at the moment

You could just use a ink base i think of green over the red i had to do something like that Before and Did it that way

on megs I think the g1 chest decal, with the scripting engraved look and the d'con insignia would look spot on

Do you think a chest decal as well as the number plate decal? I think it might start to get a little crowded. I agree with the engraving detail though... maybe a good didbasher can help with a design fitting for megs and for a sports car.

The gun is from an energon figure but I can't remember who. I had a few cheapies that got bashed and I painted most of the left over weapons black. They're great for classics figures and this one fit nicely on the arm peg of the subaru.

use a clear red paint for megs green eye piece

Thanks guys... will post some pics once megs is complete with engravings and angry eyes.

BTW sorry for any spelling errors - the battery is going in my keyboard.
