Frank would have done the voice brilliantly like he always had. Michael Bell put it best as to why the G1 actors should have been in the film: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IoCESZvw9sU

However, with the voice mods done to Hugo's voice for that video, he could pull of Megatron.

I guess Hugo will make a decent Megatron, I was hoping for Welker of course, but hey, this isn't G1, if it's awesome, people will accept it as a different but equal part in Transformers continuity.

If it sucks. It will go the way of Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation or Batman & Robin
