It's not a big deal, man. I was just saying I got one from Target and thought it really odd if Swerve was a TRU exclusive figure, then what was one doing at Target? I didn't know, and when I thought about it, it made some sense that it could have been a TRU exclusive because when I found Alt Sunstreaker, I had only seen him at TRU. So I had thought maybe that one was an exclusive also. Made sense to me.

I remember when Tracks himself was the hardest Alt to obtain, and was going for a hurtful $80+ online. I was actually a little miffed that they re-released him, because I had actually found two retail, and bought both.
He's one of my favorite Alts due to his accurate representation of his G1 toy/character, and he was just so damned rare at the time. So he was a major bragging piece, for about a year...

Cascadia wrote:or it was because fans would rather have Tracks in blue rather than yellow.

After thinking about it a little, I'm wondering if they decided to recall the yellow Tracks because they already had many other yellow figures coming. Swindle, Sunstreaker, and Decepticharge were already in the works by then, so maybe they just decided to pull the figure and do over the color, so as not to have too many yellow Alts.
Or, it could have been fanboys like me who complained about him not being blue when the pics were released.

It was because the yellow looked like crap and ended up being transparent and uneven.
I still need the last two alts of the series though: Rumble and Jaguar (2nd ravage) - never saw them....
