Re: PLEASE HASBRO!!!!
Activators are smaller than FABs, they're scout/basic size. So far they're the smallest figures for animated, given that there's still no sign of a legends class.
Obviously there's limits to how big they can make a toy, but if they do an Omega Supreme, I'd want them to go as big as possible. It'd be a much more worthwhile use of Supreme class than the Optimus figure.

I really don't care for Lugnut. Heck, I didn't even care for the animated line at all ... until I saw the pictures of Magnus
What a friggin' beast! By this early judgement it seems to one of the coolest molds out there (in my humble opinion).
If I could get only two toys this year it would be him and Classics 2.0 Onslaught, thats for sure.
Still, I would - if I really cared - also beg for a better scaled Lugnut.

Re: PLEASE HASBRO!!!!
If your woried about scale why not just put him next to the smaller Optimus.
What bothers me more that scale inacuracies, is having 100 Primes and Megs for each line.

QFT ... I concur 100% Magnus is particularly impressive. It also doesn't seem to be that much of a stretch for fitting in with figures from other lines, like classics for example.

Again, very much in agreement. In the case of Lugnut, it would be handy to have a smaller scale Blitzwing.
This is the thing: for the benefit of voyager Bulkhead, we get a choice of Optimus figures to get the scale right. You can go down to deluxe or activator Prime. I doubt we'll get a deluxe Blitzwing, and I dunno if we'll get an activator version. They seem to do activators of the other main bots, but an activator triple changer might be too tall an order.

Re: PLEASE HASBRO!!!!
Well, I think out of all the Animated Figs, ONLY Lugnut was given the shaft in scale.
Bulkhead too but at least he gets a Leader Class.
Deluxe Bumblebee is too big but at least we could use his Activator form.
Deluxe Prowl, Ratchet, and Blackarachnia are perfect scale.
Voyager Megatron is way off scale but at least he gets a Leader Class.
Voyager Starscream and Blitzwing are also in good scale.
Deluxe Prime is good but then he is shorter than Ratchet, so it's good that he has a Voyager version even though it's still a tad taller than Leader Bulkhead.
Deluxe Sentinel Prime could be a good height too considering that Lockdown is a Deluxe and is one of the tallest.
So basicaly only Lugnut is the only odd-man out on the scale department

I was thinking the same thing. He would (no, WILL) look nice among my Classics, I'm quite sure. He's 'boxy' enough ...

Those itching for a Leader Class Lugnut should read the latest LilFormers for a good laugh.

It's also funny because in the recent episode Garbage in Garbage out, they had this shot looking down on Lugnut with Megatron standing in the foreground, and they actually did make Lugnut look pretty small.

Leader wouldn't be perfect but it would be "enough".

Man I wanted to post that! But it is funny as the characters in this weeks lil formers are the ones everyone complains about as far as scale issues go. Though I felt lockdown would have made more sense as far as obscenly tall toys go. He's almost as big as leader class megatron for crying out loud.

Re: PLEASE HASBRO!!!!
Leader Lugnut won't even be big enough.
YEah I know but I don't mind if he's the same height as Starscream or even Blitzwing!
Or even a just a tad shorter than them.
But To be a midget on what is suppose to be a Voyager compared to the others it's just ridicoulous of HASBRO to that.
I mean some of the deluxe classes are even taller!!

Re: PLEASE HASBRO!!!!
It was announced at Botcon that Wreck-Gar is to be Voyager class. - As if to add insult to injury, he'll probably tower above the little Lug.

As you can see, Lugnut isn't one bit happy with the situation.

Re: PLEASE HASBRO!!!!
Yup Wreck-Gar will tower over Lugz
I could live with Movie Bonecrusher being small coz he's a Deluxe Class. He's suppose to be small on that Class.
But to sell a VOYAGER Bulkhead and to be smaller than a Deluxe is just a plain rip-off
The problem with Hasbro's designers is that they concentrate on the sizes of the ALT-MODE instead of the actual and accurate height of the Robot itself.

It will be awesome.

Any idea how Wreck-Gar will look like? Will he still be a giant motorcycle who watches too much tv?

He's a garbage truck who doesn't know his function in life. He's not very bright and takes everyone too literal.

Re: PLEASE HASBRO!!!!
So not only Lugnut is short.
But now Dinobot Snarl is like a baby Tri-ceretops compared to Grimlock
When will Hasbro designers get this right??
Is it soo hard for them to make a Voyager Snarl and Leader Lugnut??

The Snarl/Grimlock size difference isn't so bad. He's meant to be shorter than Grimlock so it's all good.
He looks like one of those stocky fantasy dwarves who pack a mean punch with their battle axes.
I like it.

In Robot modes it's not that bad.
But I was talking about in Dinosaur mode, Snarl looks like a baby compared to Grimlock.

Are there comparison pics of Grimlock and Snarl? I don't think I've seen them pictured together yet.
