Who is this?

Motto: "Motto? I don't know, probably something about molecular structure..."

Weapon: Liquid Flame-Thrower

Any idea who this is? I thought it might be a KO but I don't know. It has an Autobot symbol on the back but it's stuck on rather clumsily. Any clues? I've included some mistransformations, one of which shows off a strange extra bit of articulation that I can't work out the reason for.
