The TF08 forums have posted several images of the upcoming Universe leo Prime figure in his package. One of these images shows the back of his box and reveals his bio! Click here to see the images.

But the image is a little big and cuts off the bio. But if one right-clicks the image, copies & pastes it into a Word Document, and moves the image over, his bio is perfectly visible!

Here's what the bio says:
LEO PRIME is a career soldier, commander of an elite MAXIMAL black ops unit designated The Pack. So secret is his unit, even most of those in the MAXIMAL Command structure are aware of it only as a rumor. LEO PRIME and his comrades The Pack travel wherever trouble is thickest, often working undercover to deal crippling blows to PREDACON plots.

EDIT: Here's the bio from the image after I moved it over. Notice the small timeline on the 25 Years logo.

If only he was painted to match the Beast Wars Leo Convoy...

The mold is decent enough, but G1 Prime's colors look fugly on it. If they could get the Legends figure's colors right, why not this one? :???:

hell proabaly will never be one of my favorite leo primes out to date i meant up to date but i will pick him up any way ah it just came to me if takra where to make a henkie version of this prime his claws would be chrome and maybe his tail with face plate to maybe that would be one special leo prime.

i would still prefer neo leo prime from beast wars neo series that one looks better than this one here i mean rerealese to the states instead white make him prime colors colors may make him look bad in beast mode but at least the us would be able to pick him up instead of his version here dosnt takara & hasbro trade off once & while to make repaints of there own figures once & while or to make them better.?

No way would Takara make a Henkei version of this. They only do those that are new molds like the Classics toys were.

And he's from Beast Wars II, not Neo. He had a guest appearance in Neo, but he first came from Second, as Lio Convoy (Raio Konboi).

Okay, I'm sold, I'll buy it. I haven't had much interest in this figure, as I was never a huge fan of the mold. But, seeing as I wouldn't be buying a repaint of something I already own, and with this guy starting to grow on me, I might as well pick him up.

That bio actually makes me less annoyed that this is a redeco of Leobreaker instead of the true 'Leo Prime'/Lioconvoy since it's referring to the version that appeared in the Dreamwave comics instead of trying to taunt us with not quite being the japanese original.

Still doesn't really LOOK like him, but you can't win them all.
