Is the classic G1 dynamic between Megatron and Starscream intact in the film?

Who is voicing Starscream?

After hearing a recent recording of Frank Welker doing the classic Megatron voice, I'm convinced he's still one of the most talented voice actors in the industry. Why did you only go half way in placating the fans by casting Peter Cullen, when he works best when he's playing off Frank Welker?

Will we see Shockwave, Soundwave, Devastator, or the Dinobots in the sequel?

Is Unicron being considered for the sequels, or are more original ideas going to be pursued?

Will the classic G1 theme be used in some form in the film?

To be fair, what sensible questions can be asked of a man who has so brazenly disregarded the history of a much loved franchise and in some cases openly mocked the fanbase, without which there would be no market for a film.
