Its a very savage gnarling face that looks like was abandoned before the gnashing mouth was finished.

The plastic looks sort of squishy to me, although I suppose it cant be with a screw stuck through his shoulder. A couple of joints in the hoop above his head would be nice, to hide it out of the way. The shoe mode looks pretty convincing. I wonder if they will come in a range of sizes!
