ACtoys- Have you been curious as to why you might be convinced to buy a second Animated Prowl for your collection? Of course, the armor/sidecar is a big deal, but thanks to ACtoys.net, we can now see some other differences between the original toy, and the new version that should help everyone to feel that purchasing the second version won't be you just purchasing the sidecar with the exact same first release figure.

-How does a new transparent visor strike you?

excellent stuff.. ill definatley be picking this up.. i missed out on Prowl first time round.. managed to get the rest of Primes Autobots (Optimus, Bulkhead, Bumblebee and Ratchet i mean)..

now if only we could see some nice clear, properlly transformed, photos of Prowl wearing his armor

Look like a must buy......but my only problem so far with the figure is that his visor or eyes are uneven. It look like one eye is bigger the the other eye

Looks like they made a great figure even better. I like what they've done with the wings. Must buy for me, but I'm an Animated junkie.

I think the eye thing is suppose to be part of his SERIOUS BIZNESS expression, like he's squinting to size you up...

That there's actual retooling and detailing and not just new pieces (like Lockdown and his chainsaw-hand) is the sincher on getting this figure.

I'll buy it, but i think that the original figure looked better.

It's odd that they flipped his arrows/stripes/rank insignia thing around. I like the original's bigger headcrest and painted wheels better, but the movable wings is cool on the new one.

For the base figures I think I prefer the original, but the armour/sidecar is pretty damn cool.

I try not to get two of one character, but I might have to make an exception here

Altmode looks great, but the windshield and sirens are too light. Robotmode the headcrest is too small looks silly.

Not tryin 2 be funny but what line was they crossing with Prowl being a samurai?? He was already a ninja so i thought it was really cool to give him armor and it still the same value for a deluxe

In fact, i hope Hasbro do this more in the future with the figures and give them more accesories, armor, and weapons so we can get a lil more bang for our buck

In for the Turtle Va transforming 2 ole Mikey.........That Idea was already done like 11 years ago but it was Splinter transforming to the Party Wagon instead. I know cause i had the Shredder that can transform 2 the drill module thingie they always use
