In preparation for the return of Transformers: Prime on Friday February 11th Hubworld has added couple of sneak peeks video clips of Episode #6; Masters & Students. The first clip entitled Problems With Science has the Autobots helping the kids with their science projects much to Ratchet's dissatisfaction. The second clip entitled Starscream Siezes Control gives us Starscream asserting himself as the new Decepticon leader in Megatron's absence.





If that's not enough to tide you over until next Friday a new Transformers: Prime game has also been added, Terrorcon Defense!

Lastly, to sweeten the deal a little bit more EW.com gives us our first look at Transformers: Prime's newest Decepticon addition Skyquake!

Skyquake’s backstory: “Entombed in stasis on Earth until exhumed by Starscream; however, pledges allegiance to only his ‘one true master,’ Megatron.”

Awesome, this show really does feel like it'll rock. But I still HATE Prime Soundwave. Why no voice? Really?
Looking forward to new Autobots joining the team than Decepticons though. (Please let them add Jazz, Mirage, Hound and others)

I know that name has been around for a while but isn't that like saying:
"Behold, I am the mightiest Decepticon, known as... AquaticFire!"

This is nothing new I new about Sky Quake I reported it earlier in one of my previoud postings also Wheel Jack is returing to Prime he could be reminiscing of his Armada counterpart where he was once an Autobot but later switched to being a decitpicon.

In the upcoming Episode Con-Job Wheel Jack is in this.

I can already tell this episode is going to be cringe worthy every second a human is on screen. If I didn't like Ratchet, Bulkhead, Arcee and Starsceam I'd not bother turning it on next Friday.

Well, since Megatron has - how shall we say - departed, we're still down to 3 + expendable troops. But I know what you mean and I'm hoping to see a few more episodes where they add characters to the Decepticon cast.

Skyquake is a totally unexpected addition! Loving that choice. Was expecting a Skywarp or TC or maybe Lockdown for some reason.

Not that it matters, but the TFPrime game on their website pretty much sucks. The title had me hoping it'd be a retool of that awesome Energon strategy game where you controlled Scorponok and the Terrorcons through Unicron to kill Optimus and free Megatron, but this game almost feels like a it was loosely inspired by Krusty's Fun House.

There have been far worse official TF browser games though.

It is strange, b/c his voice was so awesome in G1… but at the same time it's a cool take on his character. As if to say: 'be careful what you say b/c I'll play it back & it'll bite you in the butt.'

Serious! Even a decent tribute in the movie ROTF. I'm hopeing they figure out he needs to have a voice eventually. Hard to imagine 2 seasons or more and him have nothing.

Soundwave may eventually get a voice, hopefully he will at least.
Anyway, looking at SkyQuake's image I noticed what looks like horns, but I've been staring at it for a while and his whole "helmet" reminds me more of a Feudal Japan era Samurai style. Hopefully that points to the hilt on his back being a type of Energon Katana and not a gun. Hopefully a sword in general.
This series is just seems to be getting better and better with the characters, I know I'm probably on the minority on this like I was with TFA, but this may be the best series since Beast Wars if the writing improves each week.

A while back there was info posted about a new game called Transformers Prime: Tower of Defense that was going to be released on Hubworld. Could this game called Transformers Prime: Terrorcon Defense be that game. Any thoughts on this one?
