HK-TF member 口水楓爸爸 has posted the new in hand images of Transformers United Frenzy & Rumble as well as Masterpiece MP-1L Convoy Last Edition.




From various sources, the Masterpiece MP-1L is exactly the same as the previous masterpiece, but with some improvements compare to previous issues. Such as aligned chest windows, easier to extend/retract the leg portions and better balance (easier to pose). Also this version is come with a Sound Stage that features the voice actor of Japanese version G1 cartoon - Tessho Genda.
The Sound Stage features 16 voice clips, but with no hint on the next Masterpiece.

Rumble and Frenzy are both looking good, I'll be going with United for this, along with Scourge. As for MP Convoy, I'm a sucker for re-releases with improvements and mold tweaks. If anybody wants to sell that MP-4 trailer standalone, I'm done for

I keep telling you guys it's more likely in the mailaway Sound Base for Rodimus Convoy. Have those begun to ship btw?

All 3 are coming my way this weekend - thank you Amiami for selling MPLO1 at such a good price ($90) and to Amazon as I've bought all of my United figures from them.

Can't wait to get Frenzy and Rumble. Only have to buy Warpath when he finally is released and my Generations/United collection is finished.

Think I'll sell that sound station base as I certainly don't want to hear Optimus Prime (I refuse to call him Convoy) speaking Japanese - Peter Cullen or nothing!

Optimus Prime looks awesome, I don't have a Masterpiece [yet?], so I'm probably going to be adding this to my wishlist.

Prime isn't doing anything for me but Frenzy and Rumble look nice. It would be nice if the pile-drivers were removable when not in use but I can't complain.

The mold is supposed to be retired after this release. It has had a good run.

Frenzy & Rumble look great, I hope the Hasbro versions turn out as nice.

Convoy is supposed to be better balanced? How did they accomplish that? I don't see any remold. Unless they removed some metal content. Looks good, if I didn't already have 20th Prime I'd be jumping on this.

Especially United Scourge's red eyes. Makes me wish for a lighter Hasbro redeco with red eyes for his Sweeps. Already have Cyclonus (BiS) and his Armada (Universe)

Are you refering to rereleasing Megatron? Because you know...they are.

Fortunately just this past weekend I found a 20th anniversary Masterpiece Prime for $5 at Goodwill in Hampstead, MD. It's missing the head, the matrix, the gun, and a couple of pistons and small panels, but otherwise solid and in decent shape. So at least if I miss this new version I'll still have the mold.

They did something to those legs, joints etc.... Not visible, but u know instantly something is different when i try to pose it.....

I have a first issue MP1 standing beside my bed, so when i play this MP-1L i notice the different....
No remold though, just fine tuning those joints....

Prime w/o trailer hmm and no other significant improvements? PASS! Should've been a fully crystal version w/trailer. Anyways hopefully another masterpiece will come our way like Shockwave.

Oh yea! Frenzy and Rumble look so good. And to believe I almost copped out and bought the Perfect Effect versions of them, but I like the United versions so much more. Optimus is looking great too. I wish you could by a seperate looking stand in English though to display my future Masterpiece Prime. My favorite Prime so far is the MP-04 version, you cant beat Prime and his trailer.
