That would certainly be at the very least interesting to see. No sure what other Prime they could get out of these parts.
What's funny is that we do already have a G1-ified Movie Prime toy that's based on Laser Optimus.TF-fan kev777 wrote:Overcracker wrote:TF-fan kev777 wrote:I just hope to god we don't get a 4th "new" mold that re-uses Siege shins and feet, ER thighs and hips, and something from Laser as well.

My biggest fear, a G1-ified Movie Prime using Siege shins and feet, ER legs and hips, the Laser long nose cab shell on a new torso where the cab front becomes the forearms instead of the pylons.
That would suck sooo bad.

ZeroWolf wrote:Eh I think you were meant to quote D-Maximal_Primal in that post as it was him who wrote all that. Also he wasn't trying to prove to you why tr was better as a fact, he was saying why he preferred tr over Legacy. You say that he can't prove it to you, but that does mean it works both ways.

Bendy prime was the first that came to mind.

And my TR Laser Prime.
I do love them more than Velocitron Scourge.
I thought about that as well, but my first thought was the actual ultra class Armada Optimus cab. Add the trailer, and it's a commander class figure.william-james88 wrote:Overcracker wrote:TF-fan kev777 wrote:I just hope to god we don't get a 4th "new" mold that re-uses Siege shins and feet, ER thighs and hips, and something from Laser as well.

Black Convoy is his name in all initial retailer listings and its the name on the case/shipping box.

Hasbro used it due to another figure also possibly being on the shelf also called scourge

That is just fan speculation and from what we were told by Hasbro developers who worked on this toy, it's more than likely flat out false.

Well they also gave us a half baked reason for the deco which looks more like they based him off the wrong image off Google. It’s happened before

I get it though, the whole issue comes from the fact that Laser Prime has a translucent chest. Crazy how all deco choices stem from that. Because then, the chest must be the same colour as the windshield. So then be it scourge or any type of black Convoy, we get pink/red chest windows. And the rest ensues.

I dont buy that, it would be just as easy to apply the tampos needed to the chest with or without translucent parts. Also the RTS repaint also had the the translucent windshield and was still closer to Scourge's deco than this new one
