Does this mean that now people think that MP Starscream is NOT being released the same day as the movie? I need to know which day to camp out at Walmart!

I hadn't heard of this figure being tied to the movie dvd release in any way. Still you're going to be there anyway so you might as well check.

It would be nice to see it next week to get it and be done with the waiting but I'm not expecting to.

Isn't the Hasbro version a Wal-Mart Exclusive? BBTS might have them but only from buyers scouring Wal-Marts. The Takara edition is anyone's guess.

I'm wondering if there really IS a Takara Walmart Exclusive MP Starscream without the battle damage? I've heard people saying about it from various forums and threads. If anyone can provide some real info on it, I'd appreciate it. Personally, I'm not a fan of battle damage. I like it to be clean and neat.

Unfortunately not, since that part of the forum requires one to be a member. Care to quote?

Seems to be the same as the Walmart version.
Take a look at the null rays, dirty tips, just like the US version.

But no smoke damage to the back of the fuselage. That's clearly gone from the Takara USA Edition, while it's included in the Wal-Mart USA version.

No, the in-package USA version as only little to no battle damage there, the out-of-package picture posted is allegedly not the final version. If you take a look at the picture posted, I think there is slight weathering to the fuselage in the USA version, and the Japanese picture isn't clear enough to properly see if it is there.

But I don't care for any weathering, no matter how light or heavy.
