I just took a look at Rattrap on Amazon and it's saying he's not available until July!!! So I guess that scratches Amazon off of my list for now. Guess I'll just add Rattrap to my Primal pre-order in BBTS and somehow hope that they both end up coming at the same time? (currently, Primal says Feb and RT says March)

Probably should have gone ahead and pre-ordered Rattrap right off the bat...
Anybody got any advice?

Strange, I shipped out a BBTS order 2 weeks ago and it arrived in 2 days

So that would have been the 9th, and because you live much closer, it got to you in 2 days, just before the Holiday Rush. Be glad, things are apparently super bad right now. or it could just be this area that is all screwed up. I don't blame BBTS, this is all on FedEx.

Has anybody tried to order off of The Chosen Prime? My pre-orders say their estimated arrival time is in January.

Ah, FedEx. They could have delivered my Netflix Soundwave tomorrow but instead, they sat on it for two and a half days in Greenwood, IN. It arrived there Sunday around 2 am and didn't leave until yesterday around 4 pm. At least I'll have it the day after Xmas.

Kingdom Megatron is technically in-stock at Gamestop. I say technically as I've yet to get a shipping notice for Cyclonus, but the website allows you to order for delivery by Jan 4th. I know a couple of folks have already received Cyclonus so I figured I'd share this info about Megatron.

So, having played with the entire first wave, I've gotta say that blackarachnia is probably my favorite of the lot, I like cheetor a bunch, but there's just something about how well they pulled BA off - considering the design challenges, I think she easily muscles out the MP by being $20 and looking screen accurate in both modes (within reason) definitely my favorite and kind of a surprise by how charming I find her beast mode, it just works all things considered

Rattrap arrived today, a nice early Christmas treat for me

The rat mode is a bit of a mess, but his robot mode is fine, and his transformation is decently involved, not as complex as the 30th Anniversary Deluxe, but not exactly as simple as the original Beast Wars Rattrap.

Something else I noticed on the instructions is that the Maximal insignia has been redesigned a little bit, or at least on the packaging (Rattrap still has the original Maximal insignia on his arms). The new one has added lines above the beast eyes and a triangle on the forehead that are similar to the ones on the Autobot insignia.

Received an email today that Cyclonus is shipping soon from GameStop.
But isn’t expected now until the 31st...
Starting to wonder if this is really going to happen “soon”.

I got two of those emails and then mine finally shipped yesterday with estimated arrival of Sunday or Monday.

After handling Kingdom Cyclonus for a bit, I'm giving him thumbs in the middle. He's not a bad figure, but is a bit more simple than I thought he would be. He looks pretty good, though he doesn't have as much detail as the CW version. Nonetheless, I'm glad I got him. Can't wait for Scourge and Galvatron next year.

I get it being simple though, it's an issue I have with most Transformers coming out. The designers really streamlined transformations ever since the previous trilogy began. Hence why transforming those 10 year old Prime molds that just got rereleased was a breath of fresh air. So much novelty then. The last line with as much novelty in the transformations was Robots in Disguise (2015) with all their Decepticon designs. Since then it's been rather simple transformations of G1 characters (the lambo mold, the datsun mold, the seekers mold(s)). Although the 2 Optimus Prime toys we got were rather innovative. But they felt more like exceptions.

The CW version is the one with an enourmous pelvis?

The KINGDOM one has hollow boots but allow you to hide it.I saw a reviewer who like to not do that?

I don't think the pelvis on the CW/UW Cyclonus is that big, its in proportion to the rest of the figure. He's one of my biggest Combiner Wars regrets, not getting him, and I couldn't afford the Unite Warriors version

I see no pelvic issues either.

My only other gripe with Kingdom is that even though it's commendable that Hasbro is using less plastic, once the ties are cut from the figure in the box, the box practically becomes useless, because we can't just put the figure back in for storage without it banging around in there. I usually try to buy loose figures, but I have bern getting all the WFC figures brand new, and will be keeping the boxes to use for storing the figures when not displayed. I don't think I can do that with the Kingdom boxes.

Eventually they plant to go to no plastic at all...I guess we can all enjoy the small windows while we can, until it becomes a crap-shoot as to whether the toy you are buying has been tampered with or not.
