Initially I thought, reading the spoiler for Dinomus: that's a bit naff. Then I remembered there is precedent (within print media, anyway):

Personally I'd have preferred a modern redesign of this Thrustor figure, than the one on the card.

That is my plan. Combine Wingfinger with Tricranius and Transmutate for a faction aligned combiner. I'll do the same for Paleotrex, Ractonite and the inevitable Wingfinger (hopefully Predacon) repaint.

Sounds like a solid plan! Hopefully they do come out with a predacon wingfinger but I guess it won't affect me if they don't

I was just gonna combine paleotrex and Wingfinger with tricranius because I don't really like ractonite

This? Like that's his chest at the bottom and that's his head at the top? That doesn't look right. I thought the bits at the top was rocks.

To the bottom left of waspinator is another character. The top of what you circled is the top of one of his wings

The insect head at the bottom of what you circled is the alt mode head of buzzclaw (or something like that) as mentioned above

Everyone balked at Wingfinger when his images were released. I jumped all over preordering him as soon a i laid eyes on it. In my opinion he's the most successful overall design of the three fossilizers.

Wingfinger is a MUST if you have Paleotrex and Ractonite. Three words: Hidden Combiner Head.

It was always the altmode with the most redesign potential. Default Terrorsaur (and redecos), TM 2 Terrorsaur (and redecos), BM's Skydive and, technically, part of Magmatron. That was it for the Pteranodon design during the Beast Era.

Wave 3. There are set characters and destinies for each wave, but which figure gets what is random.

I'm still a bit bothered that he's a different faction from the other guys. Hopefully they release a :PREDACON:

version of him so we can have a same-faction Combiner (aside from the :MAXIMAL:

one with Transmutate and Tricranius).

Damn, he really doesn't have the shoulder cannon port. Hasbro and Takara screwed up. I'm going to stick with my Siege version, or kitbash the Siege and Kingdom versions together to make a better Mirage, though I think the blue plastics, unfortunately, don't match up quite perfectly. I'll have to see them in person to make a judgment. All they really had to do was get rid of the transparent plastic and change the alien markings from the Siege version.

mirage looks okay, way better than the siege one anyways. Hopefully the same will be able to be said about earth mode Sideswipe.

I guess the black putty from netflix spoilers is going to come in handy for sticking Mirages shoulder cannon on.
