Indeed, Will and I were bemoaning Terrorsaur. Tigatron, however, looks fantastic and is a contender for the "Mini Masterpiece" mantel. I want one yesterday!

Okay, that's fine. Terrorsaur isn't bad, but yeah he's not a brand new mold. Damn it, got my hackles up for nuthin'.

That's an interesting point and while I can empathize with mistakes my point is different.

It's a question of moral and legal ethics. Is it morally ok or even legally ok to change someone's order? BBTS and I entered into an agreement. I pose that changing that agreement is ethically wrong and charging me for something I didn't agree to purchase is legally wrong. I also pose that ignoring their mistake and having the customer take action to correct the mistake is unethical.

Now I don't doubt that someone on Hasbro's payroll messed up it seems to me there were mistakes all around.

I'm sorry, there's nothing immoral or illegal going on here. It would have been good customer service for BBTS to notify you proactively, but that they didn't is not a moral failing and certainly doesn't qualify for any legal remedy.

I apologize that you're not getting the toy you wanted when you wanted it that everyone knew was listed an error, but if you're looking for a professional to help you with it, I would recommend a therapist before an ethicist or lawyer.

You seem very sure of yourself.

I have to ask was your answer coming from some insider knowledge at Hasbro? Do you have some perspective in retail where you empathize with a retailer?

It's interesting how your argument starts out with an apology directed at me and then implies that the only help I can get is to change my perspective. Also, implying in insult, which is unfortunate. Although this is the internet.

In a debate about morality and ethics addressing the issue's specifics would help me or anyone else understanding your position. I understand the attacking the person posing the question is the easy approach and by doing so, it makes you or others think the question itself is invalid.

So let's try again with your response and see if you can come up with something a little more useful.

Questions:
1. For what reason is a seller's position to change an products order after it's placed morally ok?
2. How is it legally ok to charge someone for what they didn't agree to?

1.1)Because they didnt actually change the order. Your order pledge was for "Wave 4 Case" you paid for the box. What was supposed to be in the box changed but at the end of the day BBTS was going to ship you EXACTLY what you to use your words, agreed to pay for "wave 4 Case"
1.1a) Now, if you had ordered all 4 characters in the original listing SEPARATELY, not as a Qave Four Case but as the boxed figures themselves and BBTS deliberately changed a Waspinator into a Combiner Wars Alpha Bravo then your argument would have merit.
1.2) in this case, it does look like BBTS was working on false information or made a mistake, but it is important to remember here that BBTS does not define the case contents. Hasbro does. You are buying the same box Hasbro sent BBTS and we all know Hasbro can and will reserve the right to alter Case Contents as production requires.
2) Because they are charging you for what you agreed to pay for. You just are not getting what you think you are getting. See above.

Well, if it was an oops from BBTS, I assume it would be new which would still net you a profit, but not as much at it once would. I found one for $75 for AB alone and another for AB and Skydive for $65 as the only 2 available.

I'm loving Tigatron, I'm surprised he doesn't have saber teeth like in previous WFCK art which is fine. He looks better as a modern day tiger. I will sooo be picking him up! A great character and I love tigers.

As for Terrorsaur, I will say he looks better in robot mode, the pterosaur mode looks a little bit off. I'm not saying he's awful, it would have been better if he were not based on Air Razor. I will still get it though.

Was a little bit behind on the news due to RL taking priority as of late, but the total reveal of the Golden Disk Collection left me with mixed feelings overall:

- Mutant Tigatron is clever in its execution
- Jackpot and Sights were unexpected, though funnily enough, the previous Jackpot was based on a Jazz as well:

I may had a brain fart but I don't remember at all if the tower of the Ark's spaceship mode was in my box or if I ever plugged it in. One thing is sure is that after seeing a video about the upgrade kit, I was aware of that tower's existence and I went to check on my Ark. There was none and the part was nowhere to be found.

Because he's annoying to transform due to those popping underbelly panels, the overall feel was just ordinary, and I just HATE having an incomplete toy of that price, I returned the whole thing to Amazon for a full refund.

No matter if the initial deal was good, I'm not buying the Ark back.
Haslab Victory Saber X2 won't pay themselves after all.

These Golden Disc sets are pretty sweet. Mutant Tigatron looks awesome and Jackpot/Sights are nice too. I really like Generations Action Masters, TFCC Treadshot/Catgut are still figures I mess with a lot and love. However Terrorsaur is the only one I pre-ordered. Thru all the reveals I kept waiting for an actual Golden Disc to be in these and finally it showed up. Very good luck for me since its included with the one figure I wanted of these. I thought I was gonna have to try ebay to gets one from an Ark.

It's inside a panel that flips out. It's not a separate accessory. Look beside that nub in spaceship mode.

Anyway, I finally got Kingdom Rodimus. After opening him up I gotta say he's definitely not a voyager class figure. Maybe Roddy alone could be leader class. He's just so much better than I thought he'd be. I guess it's time for Protector to move over.

The face sculpt, though. I know Roddy was never happy about being leader, but jeez. I also think the chin sticks out too much and interferes with movement thanks to that collar.

Regardless, I didn't appreciate it that much and it's already on it's way to Amazon HQ. So meh, not a big loss. Those underbelly panels would get lost sooner or later anyway.

Honestly, after Black Zarak I may be done with Titan.
That is, unless Cybertron Metroplex would be too awesome to pass.

Amazon says my Tigatron is arriving Tuesday, but I have my doubts since it hasn't actually shipped yet. Would be a nice surprise.

My Rodimus Prime didn't have a Matrix of Leadership and I was gutted, but I didn't return him. An Ark, I;dve done the same thing you did.

The tower on the ark isn't a separate piece. It just is packaged already folded down into the Ark.

Regardless, I think that was pretty random of me by buying him in the first place. Especially when I'm backing TWO Victory Sabers.

So that mean my reason for returning the Ark is a wrong one. Let's hope the return will go without any hiccups regardless. I need that 200$.

I'm pretty sure you won't have an issue with the return. I'd agree that The Ark is probably my least favorite Titan but the ship mode is neat enough to keep it for me. I'd agree that after BZ, I'm pretty much done with Titans, unless Cybertron Metroplex really impresses me next year.

Same for me and is the one reason I bought it, the transformation/bot mode is irrelevant to me in this instance. That said I'm glad I only paid $80 for it because it's not quite as "fixed/sturdy" as I would like and it comes loose/apart in areas sometimes. Heck maybe I was just after a model or actual vehicle type of product here. It's still cool looking though!

We've been told by UK fan FenneD thst Hasbro Pulse UK has wave 4 of Kingdom available for preorder. While the deluxe toys are due out soon. Tigatron will be shipping in January.

Rhinox is beyter than Arcee for sure, there are just some really dumb design issues going on, aside from the puzzling headsculpt choices. I realy dislike his fake rhino feet in robot mode. They cause all that annoyance in transformation and they look just as goofy as if he was using the real parts.
