After those we're pretty much covered, unless you want to go really abstract like a Prowl with orange light piping and smoke effects you can attach to his eyes and mouth.
Would they just be re-releasing ER Starscream under the 86 or release a new mold? I can't imagine them having two different molds of the same iteration of a character at the same time even if they are under different toylines. And if they were to release a Screamer under that line, I would imagine they would have to make it a leader due to the coronation getup being required.

If they do Starscream in straight toon colors that just might be the best toy Starscream ever.

Please no. Enough with this placeholder retool idea. These are great characters and deserve their own molds and transformations. I thought we were past this nonsense of having slightly similar alt modes mean instant retool, like Motormaster retooled into Optimus, it's been done to death. If Sunstreaker can have a different mold from Sideswipe (who have near identical car modes), then Swoop and Terrorsaur should have different molds too.

Fortunately, it seems like Hasbro is in agreement with you and leaving the lazy retools behind. I hope that trend continues. Terrorsaur definetely deserves his own mold. Besides, how the hell would retooling him from Swoop even work? Their transformations schemes and aesthetics are completely different. It would be like retooling a 2007 movie Bumblebee into a G1 cartoon accurate Tracks. It makes no sense. At that point, you might as well make a new mold.

Isn't ER Starscream G1 toy colours already?

Flip him over, and replace the outer mechanical bits with organic ones

That's not nearly as easy and cheap to design and produce as it is to write. Not to mention that his inner robot bits aren't cubes, unlike Swoop's. It just makes no sense. IF you need him to be a retool for some reason, retooling him from Airazor would make waaaaaaaaay more sense. Still stupid, but a good bit less so.

I mean we've already seen leaked photos of T-Wrecks, and the white raptor Grimlock is rumored. Still I don't know if every non-show character repaint will get made, but I guess time will tell.

There are a lot of questions actually... Would they remake Tarantulas from BA? Would they make Laserbeak or Fractyl from Terrorsaur?
Why wouldn't they?o.supreme wrote:Would they make Laserbeak or Fractyl from Terrorsaur?

There aren't that many, really, especially with the later-year ones. From the top of my head, only Buzz Saw is left with the rumored Waspinator, and Ravage/Tripredacus Agent/Shadow Panther from Cheetor.

He does, yes. The first pic looks to have cut off the top part of the page, so the Matrix could be on that part.Overcracker wrote:Its kind off odd we have not yet seen a Matrix. I mean, he does come with a Matrix right?

One for each year of the Movieverse's decade strong tenure. Here's to a few more explosive years!

Though, I posted a pic of him with his Matrix from TakaraTomy's website two weeks ago.
