-Kanrabat- wrote:Unlike those who wish for black magic to exist that will allow this Ravage to morph into the G1 cassette with a deluxe+ budget, I'm really exited for this set and that "natural" animal altmode. Hasbro really have knocked it out of the park to give use the cleanest bot AND panther modes.
Fingers crossed that this thing will be available everywhere and will not be 100$ or something at MSRP.

I love that the reviewer got excited about the upper body transformation (if I interpreted that correctly) and that he added "Wakanda forever" haha especially because I like to make other teams out of transformers characters and ravage would definitely be my Black Panther. And maybe shadow panther as Shuri
I’m excited by the upper body transformation too!![]()
Watching the review, I’m liking the way the arms fold in to fill the gap, the way the head has the extra piece to fill out the neck, the nice waist swivel, and just the overall aesthetic. It’s quite obvious that the head is a Tigertron repaint from the review so it’s interesting that we’ll see the “repaint” version before the actual version.
Stormshot_Prime wrote:This is so glorious, who could have ever guessed we would get a Beast Wars ravage that wasn’t just a simple repaint? I’m also in love with the fact that it includes the actual G1 Ravage, and not his WFC counterpart. My only complaint is that he’s missing his Decepticon insignia on the other shoulder! A small price to pay for this badass bitch

o.supreme wrote:Kind of odd he comes with a original reissue cassette Ravage, I thought he might come with a slight redeco of "Micromaster" Ravage from WFC, since he is technically part of the WFC line.

He's gangmolded with Laserbeak, which may be the problem.

That... Actually would have been the perfect excuse. Like, maybe do a second set (I know, but hear me out) where it has a Marvel Comics inspired Netflix Soundwave and Buzzsaw is included there, so that both sets don't break theme
noctorro wrote:Ravage looks great. I don't understand how he looks skinnier in beastmode than Cheetor and in robotmode he looks way more beefy.
Transformers toy magic I guess.
Now that Hasbro fully goes Beast Wars (very happy for the Beast Wars fans), I hope Hasbro will do a Unicron Trilogy remake next. Maybe in 1... what should you call it, season?
Or they pickup the War for Cybertron Games, that would be awesome. Those TF designs were great but the toy technology wasn't there yet. Fall of Cybertron line had the plastic budget dilemma back then.
Great stuff people, a lot for every fan these days
blackeyedprime wrote:Third parties starting on armada MPs so there is that and it will be nice to pick up some Prime stuff as long as they dont miss out characters and make them the size they shoud be (Hardshell for one). No gaurantees any figures wil be as good as the old though for any line.
I'm looking for a decent Prime Optimus Prime (not the easiest thing for ebay search results) now I've got Hades Megatron so I guess I can wait for the new line. next line will probably have a bit of everything in it even if its only a few bots here and there or just homages
Nuclearxpotato wrote:No mentions of Hardshell or Airrachnid redos.
cruizerdave wrote:Way to go Hasbro. Pack three nonsense repaints no one in their right mind has any interest in with one figure that people may actually want. Great.

Also, it might be worth it to use Target's app if you do a fair amount of purchasing there. I just ordered T-Wrecks on a sweet deal I put together specifically for his pre-order. A couple weeks ago, I got an offer from Target's app to make two $70 purchases in the next 14 days and receive a $35 reward. That happened to be the day I found Galvatron and Rhinox in store, so it was perfect, I was 1/2 way there already. Groceries and toiletries easily made up the second $70 purchase, and I just cashed in this morning, getting T-Wrecks for about $15 as a result.
